The Space

This Lake Orta rental apartment dates back to the 18th century but the owners have cleverly combined the long history of the building with modern furnishings to create a truly elegant, luxurious and sophisticated space.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is an incredible space. High, white beamed ceilings and arched floor to ceiling windows means it's a wonderfully light and open area. The well equipped contemporary kitchen sits to one side whilst at the other is a dining table, desk and comfortable sofa.

Doors lead from this room to a private terrace. A panoramic balcony has original arcades and granite columns. Guests can sit here and enjoy the breathtaking views over Lake Orta to Isola san Giulio.

On the other side of the living room, an original wooden door leads you to an elegant double bedroom. Warm earth tones provide a relaxing and tranquil space in which to sleep. An ensuite shower room is equipped with a shower cabin with steam bath, chromotherapy and radio.

Guests are welcome to make the most of the communal gardens where there is a swimming pool shared with the six other apartments at the property. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi seating up to 5 guests. Should you prefer, you can walk down the steps to the lakeside from this Lake Orta rental apartment. Here there is a private beach for those staying at the apartments. For those wishing to explore the lake, we can arrange for a private boat with driver. Or you can, of course, use the public boat network.

Guests are also welcome to use the spa area. This must be pre-booked and, once booked, is for your personal use. The spa area has a sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. There is also a fireplace here and loungers are arranged to make the most of the wonderful views. A herbal tea corner is always well stocked. However, should guests wish, we can also serve aperitivo in this area for the ultimate romantic gesture. Please note that included in your stay is one complimentary 2 hour visit to the private spa. No other guests will be able to use the spa at this time. Any extra use is an additional charge payable locally. Please ask for more details if required.

A separate spa and wellness suite with heated treatment beds allows guests to enjoy treatments during their stay.

A daily breakfast service is provided. This is provided in a charming basket for you to enjoy in your apartment. Should guests wish, a daily cleaning service can also be provided free of charge.
