The Space

Inside, this Lago d'Orta apartment has a bright and welcoming open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Six large windows allow guests to marvel at the lake views where they choose to sit in the room. There is a comfortable sofa seating two as well as a beautiful Liberty style table. The kitchen is well equipped, modern and contemporary. There is also a beautifully presented double bedroom and ensuite bathroom with shower.

It will be hard to year yourself away from the panoramic balcony with original arcades of granite columns and breathtaking view. However, nshould you wish to do so, you can also relax on the many sun loungers and seating within the communal gardens too. Here there is a swimming pool shared with the six other apartments at the property. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi seating up to 5 guests. Should you prefer, you can walk down the steps to the lakeside from this Lake Orta rental apartment. Here there is a private beach for those staying at the apartments. For those wishing to explore the lake, we can arrange for a private boat with driver. Or you can, of course, use the public boat network.

Guests are also welcome to use the spa area. This must be pre-booked and, once booked, is for your personal use. The spa area has a sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. There is also a fireplace here and loungers are arranged to make the most of the wonderful views. A herbal tea corner is always well stocked. However, should guests wish, we can also serve aperitivo in this area for the ultimate romantic gesture. Please note that included in your stay is one complimentary 2 hour visit to the private spa. No other guests will be able to use the spa at this time. Any extra use is an additional charge payable locally. Please ask for more details if required.

A separate spa and wellness suite with heated treatment beds allows guests to enjoy treatments during their stay.

A daily breakfast service is provided. This is provided in a charming basket for you to enjoy in your apartment. Should guests wish, a daily cleaning service can also be provided free of charge.
