The Space

Please note that there are a few 3 bedroom apartments available. Each is slightly different but all measure approximately 125 square metres. Upon requesting to book, we will confirm the exact specification of the apartments we have available for your dates along with the rate. The apartment will have 3 luxurious bedrooms and up to 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has generous sized wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The bathrooms are clad in porcelain stoneware and have modern steam showers. There is also a spacious living area, with oak floors, comfortable seating and stylish accessories. A cleverly concealed, fully equipped kitchen uses sleek black marble and there is a large dining table for entertaining. Some apartments also boast a private balcony or terrace. These can enjoy views of the River Arno, the Oltrarno district of Florence and the Florentine Hills beyond.

The decor is exquisite, with rich tones of mustard or peacock blue in the living area and more neutral calming shades of cream and beige in the bedrooms. Artworks depicting iconic Italian theatres adorn the walls and add character to the space.

Outside the apartment, there are some communal areas within the building that guests are welcome to use. These include a complimentary co-working space. For those travelling on business, it's the ideal setting to meet colleagues or catch up on emails. There is also an executive lounge, where drinks and snacks will be available throughout the day, whilst for younger guests, there is a media room. For those travelling for leisure, there is a panoramic rooftop terrace with solarium and hydropool - the perfect spot to relax after a day spent exploring the city. And there is a gym for those that like to work out. If hiring bikes, there is a safe storage area for bicycles. And if you need to get any laundry done, there is a self service laundry room within the building.

Guests are welcomed by the local team who are on hand 24 hours a day for your comfort and convenience. Check in is from 3 pm but if you arrive earlier, you can drop your luggage off for safe storage until the apartment is ready for you.
