The Space

French doors provide access to the apartment. These lead to an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen sits to one side of the room and is well equipped with four ring gas stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer. A wooden dining table seats four and there are two comfortable cream sofas arranged at right angles. This is a spacious area and the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed on request for those travelling with children.

There is also a large bedroom furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and ample wardrobe space. French doors lead from this room directly to the garden. An adjacent bathroom is modern in style with white sanitary ware and a shower.

Outside, there is a private terrace and garden for guests to enjoy. This is for your exclusive use. A large gazebo provides the perfect setting for dining al fresco. The garden is shaded until lunchtime but enjoys the sunshine throughout the afternoon. A hedge on one side ensures privacy but does not block the beautiful views of the hills beyond. The sunsets from here can be spectacular! It is also possible to catch glimpses of the island of Giglio in the Argentario sea from the setting of Villa Gio.

There is parking available within a private car park. Five steps lead from this area to a small gate which provides entry to the garden. Please note that the apartment is not air conditioned but does remain a pleasant temperature even in the peak Summer months. Fans can, of course, be provided, should guests wish.

Please note that the owners - a family of three - live in the apartment above. They are on hand should you need any help or support. But of course, they will respect your privacy at all times.
