The Space

Villa Fareta has undergone extensive renovations by the owners. The result cleverly combines traditional Tuscan design with modern touches.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious, open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Here there is a professional kitchen, a dining table seating 17 and plenty of sofas arranged around a TV. A second living area provides guests with a choice of rooms in which to relax and there is even a second fully equipped kitchen. There are four bedrooms on this floor, each with their own shower room. Two are furnished with double beds and one has both a double and a single bed. The final bedroom on this floor can either be prepared with two single beds or one kingsize bed.

The first floor is accessible via two staircases. There is another living room on this floor furnished with both a sofa and desk. There are then four double bedrooms. Two of these have ensuite bathrooms with shower and bath tub. The last two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.

Outside, there is a large garden. A BBQ is provided for al fresco dining and there are plenty of dining areas guests can choose from as well as relaxed outdoor seating areas. There is also a private swimming pool measuring 12.5 x 5 metres. This is open from May to September each year. It is surrounded by deckchairs and sun loungers. A bocce court provides plenty of entertainment for both adults and children alike. Guests can also enjoy stunning panoramic views of Cortona which is a 15 minute drive away.

There is covered parking for up to seven cars.

Please note that heating is an additional cost and, when applicable, is payable on departure based on usage. A security deposit of 800 euros is also payable locally in cash but this is fully refunded on departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition.
