The Space

Accommodation in Villa Tregole is split across the main house and a nearby annex. The main villa is in turn split into 3 separate apartments. These are not connected internally.

In the main house, guests will find the first two apartments on the ground floor. Downstairs there are two double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, a triple bedroom (with both a double and single bed) which also has an ensuite bathroom as well as a single bedroom. Upstairs, there is another double and triple bedroom, each with ensuite shower rooms. There is also a mezzanine area which is arranged as a study here. As well as the bedrooms, all apartments have their own fully equipped kitchens and a living area.

The annex can accommodate up to 2 people and is on one level. This has a double bedroom, shower room and kitchen.

In total, the villa accommodates up to 16 guests in 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

Outside, Villa Trega is set within a fully fenced garden. On the upper level of the garden sits an infinity swimming pool measuring 13 x 7 meters and with a depth of between 1 and 2.4 metres. It enjoys fantastic views over the surrounding countryside. It is surrounded by sun loungers and there is also an outdoor shower for guests to cool off in. The pool is open from April to October each year. Other amenities outside include a BBQ and a wood-fired pizza oven, perfect for al fresco dining. A glass enclosed verandah is furnished with a dining table seating up to 16 guests, as well as armchairs and sofas. It's an ideal spot for an aperitivo or for a place to enjoy your evening meal.

There is also a table tennis table providing additional outdoor entertainment. And guests can also hire electric bikes for an additional cost of 30 euros per bike per day. For those coming in an electric car, there is an EV charger.

There is parking for up to 3 cars at the villa.

Please note that, when applicable, heating is an extra charge and costs 120 euros per day. Pets are welcome on request but are charged at 15 euros per day to allow for the extra cleaning. If guests would like, we can provide a lunch or dinner service. This costs 55 euros for adults and 23 euros per child. Breakfast would be 20 euros per person. We can also run cookery classes at the property as well as pizza nights and other activities. Please ask for more information.
