Inside Apartment Romantica, there is an open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Doors lead from here to an outdoor terrace furnished with outdoor table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator and sink. Plenty of utensils, crockery and cookware is provided for guests to cook up a feast. The living room features a sofa that can convert into a bed for two additional guests whilst there is a .dining table seating up to four people. The apartment also has a double bedroom and a bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, bidet, sink and toilet.
Outside, there is a communal swimming pool surrounded by a terrace equipped with plenty of sun loungers. As well as your own private terrace, there are also several other furnished areas where you can relax and take in the peace and tranquility of the rural landscape. For example, there is a gazebo area overlooking the farm which consists of over 75 acres of cultivated fields. These provide a wonderfully changing panorama which varies according to the season. Upon request, guests are welcome to use the communal barbecue area and the brick wood-fired oven.
Breakfast is included in the rate and is available from 8.30 until 10.00 each morning.
Pets are welcome on request. Animals are charged at 20 euros per pet per stay. Please ask for more details. Tourist tax is 2 euros per person per day and is payable locally on arrival in cash.
Apartment Romantica is situated just a 10 minute drive from the Medieval town of Gubbio. This is a charming town affectionately referred to as the u2018Umbrian Siena' by locals. It's approximately 50 minutes by car from Apartment Romantica to Umbria's capital cityPerugia. It's also a similar time to get from the property to Spello, Assisi and Foligno. In just over an hour you can be on the shores of Lake Trasimeno. Here you can enjoy a number of water sports and wander through the lakeside towns.
