The Space

Apartment Allora is located on the first floor of an old renovated farmhouse. Inside, it comprises an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, double bedroom and twin bedroom. Please note that the two single beds in this room can be converted into a double bed if required. The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa and chairs and features a corner fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings indoors during the colder months of the year. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a double bed if required, allowing the apartment to sleep up to 6 in total. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, hob and refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, sink and toilet. The apartment enjoys stunning views of the Umbrian hills, stretching all the way to the city of Gubbio.

Outside, an area is allocated for the private use of guests staying in Apartment Allora. It is equipped with outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining. As well as your own private terrace, there are also several other furnished areas where you can relax and take in the peace and tranquility of the rural landscape. For example, there is a gazebo area overlooking the farm which consists of over 75 acres of cultivated fields. These provide a wonderfully changing panorama which varies according to the season. Upon request, guests are welcome to use the communal barbecue area and the brick wood-fired oven. Finally, there is a communal swimming pool surrounded by a terrace where plenty of sun loungers are arranged.

Breakfast is included in the rate and is available from 8.30 until 10.00 each morning.

Pets are welcome on request. Animals are charged at 20 euros per pet per stay. Please ask for more details. For those with young children, a cot and high chair is available free of charge. Tourist tax is 2 euros per person per day and is payable locally on arrival in cash.
