The Space
Inside, there is a bright living and dining room. This is a charming space with a small table and chairs, shelves filled with books, TV, fireplace and a sofa bed. This leads through to a kitchenette, equipped with hob and oven as well as a free-standing fridge and freezer. There is also a comfortable double bedroom and a modern bathroom with a shower. The bedroom is furnished with a traditional metal bed and has plenty of storage in both a chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes. The space is well-kept and functional, ideal for couples looking for both comfort and practicality.
Outside, there is a private terrace furnished with a circular outdoor table and four chairs. Doors lead to the terrace from both the living area and the bedroom. Free on-street parking is available.
Please note that, when required, heating is charged at 4 euros per cubic metre. This tends to be needed between November and the end of April each year. There is also a mandatory tourist tax of 2 euros per person per day.

Greve in Chianti is in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, nestled among the Tuscan hills. It is famous for its vineyards and breathtaking landscapes. There are plenty of historic wineries and farms offering wine and olive oil tastings here. Nearby, small medieval villages such as Montefioralle and ancient Chianti castles offer romantic views and spectacular panoramas. Also a short distance away is the village of Impruneta, a renowned town famous for the production of its prized terracotta imprunetina which have been crafted for centuries in the historic local kilns. Here you can visit artisan workshops, watch terracotta being made, take part in tastings of local products, or stroll through the charming town square. Not only that, in less than half an hour you can also reach Florence. In fact, the easy access to the Florence - Siena motorway means it is easy to access many of Tuscany's main towns and cities.
