The living space measures 120 square metres.
The accommodation in Casa Oliver includes a lovely light and airy living and dining area. This is a charming space with oval dining table and comfortable cream coloured sofa and two chairs. A fireplace at one end of the room provides a focal point and there is a TV for lazy evenings in. Doors lead from here to a terrace furnished with small table and chairs. There is a separate kitchen equipped with hob, oven, fridge, microwave, American style coffee machine and dishwasher. A wooden table sits in the centre of the room, providing extra space for meal preparation or as a place to eat together. A separate laundry room houses a washing machine and sink. There are also two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom with shower.
Casa Oliver is the perfect option for a family or two couples travelling together.
Please note that rates exclude a final cleaning fee of 130 euros. On arrival, guests are required to pay a 200 euro refundable security deposit along with the local tourist taxes of 1.5 euros per person per day.
The apartment is a short walk from the centre of the village. Buses leave regularly from the nearby square - Piazza Arnolfo - making the apartment a great option for those travelling by public transport. For those arriving by car, paid parking is available right in front of the house, while free parking can be found approximately 100 metres away. On Fridays, a traditional local market takes place in the street where the house is located.
Colle di Val d'Elsa is home to a famous Michelin-starred restaurant which can be reached on foot from the apartment. Villa Olive is also a short walk from the public swimming pool which is only 100 metres away. This is also a great base to enjoy the Elsa River path and from which to take trips to the nearby towns of Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Casole d'Elsa, and Florence.
