Inside the accommodation is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious billiards room. A table football table is also available for your enjoyment. This room opens on to a living area which enjoys direct access to the outdoor loggia. It's a great space for teens and children to enjoy. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom on this floor.
Upstairs, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, moka coffee machine and American coffee machine. There are also three further bedrooms on this floor. Two are furnished with double beds whilst the third bedroom has two single beds. These bedrooms share two bathrooms with shower. Bedrooms are all fitted with mosquito nets.
The interior decor is traditional and authentically Tuscan. The atmosphere is immediately inviting and welcoming, with bright, spacious rooms that invite you to slow down and savour the moment.
Outside, the garden is pet friendly and fully fenced. There is a kidney shaped private swimming pool. This is surrounded by tiles and sun loungers and there are plenty of lawned areas on which to relax too. Parasols are also provided for those who prefer the shade. Please note that the pool is open from 1 May to 31 October each year. The covered outdoor terrace is a great setting to enjoy al fresco dining, with meals cooked on the BBQ.
Please also note that there are some additional fees payable locally in cash. These include utilities which cost 15 euros per day. Tourist taxes are 2 euros per person per day. Pool towels are provided for a cost of 10 euros per person. Late arrivals may be charged a 30 euro late arrival fee. Please ask for more details.
