The Space

Inside, the property has a modern feel with tasteful, contemporary furnishings. There is a living area with sofa and Smart TV. A wood burning stove sits in one corner. An archway leads from here to a good sized kitchen. This is well equipped with gas hob and electric oven as well as a microwave, American coffee machine, Moka pot, toaster, large fridge freezer and more. A central table seats six comfortably. Moving through Villa Canta, on the other side of the kitchen you will find two double bedrooms. These rooms share a large bathroom with shower. There is also a washing machine in this room.

Outside, a table and chairs is provided for al fresco dinners. There is a BBQ too as well as sun loungers for lazy days under the Tuscan sun. The property is fully fenced.

Please note that there are some additional fees payable locally including a final cleaning fee of 75 euros, a refundable security deposit of 200 euros (which is returned to you on departure) and utility fees. These are mandatory and are 15 euros per day. The local tourist tax is 1.50 euros per person per day.
