The Space

On the ground floor, guests will find a well equipped kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and pod coffee machine. A spacious living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs and a television and there is a dining area equipped with pizza oven and furnished with wooden table and bench seating. There is also a bedroom on this floor and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. A laundry area with washing machine completes the accommodation on this floor.

On the first floor, there is a second air-conditioned living area. Moving on from here, there are two double bedrooms which share a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and tastefully furnished.

Outside, there is a private garden. An outdoor table and chairs sits under a gazebo for al fresco dining.

Parking is available on site for 2 cars and guests have the option of using an EV charger for an additional fee.

Please note that a final cleaning fee of 200 euros is payable locally on arrival. The local tourist tax is 1 euro per person per day.
