The Space

Inside the main villa, accommodation is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room which forms the heart of the property. A piano and bar area ensures plenty of jovial evenings spent enjoying one another's company. The fully equipped professional kitchen is perfectly suited for hosting cooking classes, tastings, and tailor-made gastronomic experiences. A large table sits central in the room whilst a traditional fireplace adds character. A glass-enclosed veranda allows guests to dine together whilst enjoying the changing colours of the landscape throughout the seasons. Here, you will find a long dining table as well as an outdoor sofa and chairs.

There are six double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, all arranged on the first floor of the villa. All bedrooms are air conditioned, as are the dining and living rooms. Each has its own style but all are elegant and calming spaces to ensure a good night's sleep. Please note that one of these bedrooms is part of an exclusive first floor apartment which is also equipped with an elegant living room with wood-burning fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The space can work particularly well for multi generation families where grandparents appreciate the additional independence and privacy that this offers.

Interiors are spacious and bright, preserving the authentic charm of a traditional Tuscan rural residence. Stone walls and exposed wooden beams highlight the original architectural character, while natural light streamsnthrough the windows which overlooking the idyllic countryside outside. Modern furnishings fit comfortably alongside historic features.

Close to the main villa, a fully restored barn houses two further bedrooms as well a kitchen, living room and bathroom. This offers a more private and intimate retreat for guests to enjoy and is perfect for those guests seeking greater privacy and tranquility. It is positioned overlooking the swimming pool.

Outside, views stretch as far as the eye can see, across the Pesa Rover which flows quietly along the edge of the estate boundary. There are some delightful walks to be enjoyed in the area surrounding the property, leading guests through forest trails, across fields and around the gardens. Guests can also experience an unforgettable horseback ride along the river leading to the historic mill. Alternatively, guided by local experts, hunt for truffles and harvest grapes in the Autumn or collect the lavender in the Spring.

There is a private swimming pool open from 1 April to 31 October each year. Plenty of sun beds are provided along with parasols to provide shade.
