The Space

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a detached country house, boasting breathtaking views and set within private gardens surrounded by olive groves. The setting is extremely private and not overlooked.

Inside, the apartment has bright and airy living and dining area, a well equipped kitchen, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. The decor is modern and contemporary whilst also incorporating charming features such as exposed wooden beams.

The living room is a cosy, welcoming room. Three comfortable sofas are arranged around a TV and a wood burning stove, perfect for stays during the cooler months of the year. Please note that one of these sofas can be converted into a sofa bed if required. There is a DVD player for your enjoyment and Netflix is also available. A bluetooth speaker allows guests to enjoy listening to music from their own portable devices. For those travelling with children, there is a toy box and games. A selection of books are also provided for your enjoyment.

A door leads from here to the kitchen. This is well equipped with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. There is also a washing machine in this room. A large table can comfortably seat up to five guests. Every family member has been thought off, from the oldest to the youngest.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed as well as an additional single bed if required. There is also a second bedroom with two single beds. Both rooms are elegantly and tastefully furnished, with high quality mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep. These rooms share a modern bathroom with shower. Should guests need it, we can provide a baby bath on request. In addition, we can provide a cot for those travelling with infants.

Doors lead from the kitchen to a covered terrace enjoying spectacular views over the pool and across the valley. This is furnished with a wooden table and chairs for al fresco dining as well as an outdoor sofa and chairs, providing the perfect spot for daytime reading in the shade or for an aperitivo with friends and family. A hammock provides the perfect spot to relax with a good book in hand! Access leads from the terrace to the swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 metres surrounded by a second terrace. Four loungers are provided for your enjoyment around the pool. The pool is fully fenced with a lockable gate to provide peace of mind to those travelling with young children.

There is plenty of parking on site for up to two medium sized cars or for one larger vehicle.

Please note that the apartment above will be empty during your stay - the owners do not use the property when there are guests staying.
