The Space

Accommodation in Villa Trico is split between a main villa and a nearby suite.

There are 3 floors in the main villa. On the basement level, there is a large fully equipped gym and a billiards table. On the ground floor, there is an outdoor kitchen. This is equipped with induction stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and large fridge. There is also a sofa in this room. There is also a WC on this floor.

On the first floor, there are three living rooms. The first is furnished with sofas and a TV. A terrace leading from here overlooks the garden and pool. The second living room also has comfortable sofa seating and has doors to a terrace overlooking the garden. The third living room has a sofa and dining table. Again, doors lead to a terrace overlooking the garden. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a TV, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and dining table. Once again, doors lead to an outdoor terrace. The first four bedrooms are on this floor. All are furnished with double beds. Two of these rooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers. There are a further two bathrooms on this floor, one with shower and one with bath tub.

The decor throughout is elegant, bright and modern.

The villa boasts two private heated swimming pools, both of which are open all year round. The first measures 12 x 5 metres and has a depth of 1.5 metres. This pool also has a diving board. The second is smaller, measuring 5 x 3 metres and with a depth of 1.3 metres. Both are furnished with sun loungers, parasols and outdoor showers. The pools are set in a private, fenced garden filled with plants. There are a number of relaxation areas and panoramic balconies where guests can enjoy each others company. There is also a large covered terrace, furnished with outdoor sofa, dining table and BBQ. It's the perfect spot for al fresco meals.

The outdoor suite is furnished with a double bed and a sofa and has an ensuite bathroom with shower.

For those travelling with children, on request, we can provide 2 cots and 2 highchairs. We can also provide a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed on request. Please ask for more details.

There is parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Please note that pool heating for the smaller pool is included in the price. This is an additional charge for the larger pool should guests also wish for it to be heated.
