Villa Aurea is a luxury 5 bedroom villa set within the beautiful rolling hillsides of Emilia Romagna. With internal accommodation measuring over 300 square metres, the villa can accommodates up to 10 guests.
Spread across multiple levels, the heart of Villa Aurea is its spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. This overlooks a stunning amphitheatre on the lake. There is also a separate meeting room.
The five bedrooms are all generously sized, each offering a different view over the surrounding landscape. They are enriched with distinctive features such as walk-in wardrobes, private patios, and a panoramic loggia. Four of the bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa whilst the fifth is on the second floor. All have ensuite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms also enjoys step free access.
The outdoor space is equally luxurious. Three porticos and a 60 square metre swimming pool provide a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. A large terrace provides plenty of room to sunbathe poolside. Completing the experience, there is a private mini spa featuring a sauna and sensory showers introducing a more intimate, wellness-focused dimension.
A dedicated workspace, six parking spaces (two of which are covered), and the possibility to enjoy the services on offer within the resort further enhance the offering, making it perfectly suited for extended stays.
