The Space

This luxury apartment on Lake Orta dates back to the 18th century but the owners have combined the incredible history with modern furnishings to create a truly elegant, welcoming and sophisticated space. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area enjoys views over the lake below from large floor to ceiling windows. A well equipped kitchen sits to one side of the room whilst there is also a comfortable sofa and a circular glass dining table and chairs.

The bedroom also enjoys views of the lake. This is beautifully furnished to ensure a good nights sleep. The bathroom is extremely spacious and has a large oversized shower. Two massage beds sit to the other side of the room for the ultimate in rest and relaxation. There is a separate WC with toilet and sink.

Outside, there is a private terrace furnished with comfortable seating and outdoor table for al fresco dining. A curtain provides privacy. This is a cool area where guests can enjoy some relief from the Summer sunshine. Guests also have use of the gardens where there is a communal swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi seating up to 5 guests. Plenty of sun loungers and seating are provided.

Guests are also welcome to use the spa area. This must be pre-booked and, once booked, is for your personal use. The spa area has a sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. There is also a fireplace here and loungers are arranged to make the most of the wonderful views. A herbal tea corner is always well stocked. However, should guests wish, we can also serve aperitivo in this area for the ultimate romantic gesture. Please note that included in your stay is one complimentary 2 hour visit to the private spa. No other guests will be able to use the spa at this time. Any extra use is an additional charge payable locally. Please ask for more details if required.

A separate spa and wellness suite with heated treatment beds allows guests to enjoy treatments during their stay.

Steps lead down from this apartment on Lake Orta apartment to the lakeside and harbour. Here there is a private beach shared with guests staying in the other apartments within the building. For those wishing to explore the lake, we can arrange for a private boat with driver. Or you can, of course, use the public boat network.

A daily breakfast service is provided. This is provided in a charming basket for you to enjoy in your room. Should guests wish, a daily cleaning service can also be provided free of charge.
