The Space

Inside there is an an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, Illy coffee machine, kettle and 2 ring hob. A dining table comfortably seats up to 4 guests. There are also two spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The bathrooms may be equipped with a bath and overhead shower or just a shower. Please let us know if you have a preference and we will do our best to accommodate you. Wall-mounted TVs are in both the bedrooms as well as in the living area.

The decor throughout is elegant and refined. The colour palette varies from shades of dove grey to warm, cosy oranges. Heated oak parquet floors, sumptuous velvet sofas and curtains and designer lighting all add to the ambience. Furnished in a 'metropolitan chic' style, it's a relaxing and luxurious base to return to after a day spent sightseeing or a day in the office.

Please note that we have a few 2 bedroom apartments to offer guests, each measuring between 70 and 80 square metres. Upon receiving your request to book, we will confirm the exact specification of the apartments we have available for your dates along with the exact rate.

On the ground floor of the building, guests have access to a relaxing lounge area. There is a member of staff on duty here to help with any questions you may have. Check in and check out can also be organised here or in the comfort of your apartment. The lounge serves a selection of complimentary dishes, treats and drinks throughout the day. These include a light buffet breakfast. However, if guests prefer a fuller breakfast, then this can be enjoyed in the on site restaurant for an additional fee. Later in the day, complimentary aperitivo will also be served in the lounge for guests to enjoy. There are numerous fantastic restaurants in Milan easily reached on foot and we would be happy to provide recommendations. However, if you don't fancy heading out and don't want to cook, there is also a pizza restaurant on site as well as a fine dining restaurant and bar.

For those who like to stay fit during their time away, there is a gym, relaxation area and solarium in the building. This is open from 7 am to 10 pm daily. This is free to use.
