The Space

Inside there is an a bright and airy, open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, Illy coffee machine, kettle and 2 ring hob. A dining table comfortably seats up to 4 guests. A comfortable sofa is positioned in front of a wall mounted TV and there are also armchairs providing additional seating. Doors lead from the living area to a private terrace measuring up to 34 square metres. This enjoys city views that overlook the spires of the Milan Duomo. This is furnished with comfortable armchairs and tables, perfect for an aperitivo.

There are also two spacious bedrooms in the property, each with their own bathroom. The bathrooms may be equipped with a bath and overhead shower or just a shower. Please let us know if you have a preference and we will do our best to accommodate you. Wall-mounted TVs are in both bedrooms for your comfort and enjoyment. The apartment works equally well for two colleagues, for two couples travelling together or for families.

The decor throughout Apartment Milano is elegant and refined. Apartments are either decorated in neutral tones with accent shades of dove grey or warm, cosy oranges. Heated oak parquet floors, sumptuous velvet sofas and curtains and designer lighting all add to the ambience. Furnished in a 'metropolitan chic' style, it's a relaxing and luxurious base to return to after a day spent sightseeing or a day in the office.

Please note that we have a few 2 bedroom apartments to offer guests, each measuring between 70 and 80 square metres. Upon receiving your request to book, we will confirm the exact specification of the apartments we have available for your dates along with the exact rates.

On the ground floor of the building, guests also have access to a relaxing lounge area shared with guests staying in the other apartments within the building. There is a member of staff on duty here to help with any questions you may have during your stay with us. The lounge serves a selection of complimentary dishes, treats and drinks throughout the day. These begin a light buffet breakfast. However, if guests prefer a fuller breakfast, then this can be enjoyed in the on site restaurant for an additional fee. Later in the day, complimentary aperitivo will also be served in the lounge.

There are numerous fantastic restaurants in Milan easily reached on foot and we would be happy to provide recommendations. However, if you don't fancy heading out and don't want to cook, there is also a pizza restaurant on site as well as a fine dining restaurant and bar. Please ask us if you would like us to make you a reservation.

For those who like to stay fit during their time away, there is a gym, relaxation area and solarium in the building. This is open from 7 am to 10 pm daily. This is free to use. Should you need any added motivation, we work with an excellent personal trainer whose services you can book. or those looking for something more relaxing, there is also an on-site spa, offering a selection of treatments.
