The Space

Inside, there is a spacious living and dining area. A fully equipped kitchen sits to one side of the room. Three lakefront windows bring in plenty of light and ensure guests can enjoy the wonderful view. A precious mosaic floor is original and dates back to the 18th century. It adds a striking contrast with the modern design of the furnishings. Doors lead from here to the huge private terrace. Loungers, comfortable outdoor seating and a table and chairs are all provided for al fresco dining.

The large double bedroom is exquisitely presented with comfortable memory foam bed. It is also positioned to make the most of the fantastic lake views. It boasts an ensuite bathroom has a shower.

The building dates back to the 18th century. The modern furnishings inside compliment the building's original features and create a truly elegant, luxurious and sophisticated space.

As well as having their own private terrace, guests are welcome to make the most of the communal gardens. Here there is a swimming pool shared with the six other apartments at the property. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi seating up to 5 guests. Should you prefer, you can walk down the steps to the lakeside where there is a private beach area. For those wishing to explore the lake, we can arrange for a private boat with driver. Or you can, of course, use the public boat network to get out and about and explore the other towns and villages too.

Guests are also welcome to use the private spa area. This must be pre-booked and, once booked, is for your personal use. The spa area has a sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. There is also a fireplace here and loungers are arranged to make the most of the wonderful views. A herbal tea corner is always well stocked. However, should guests wish, we can also serve aperitivo in this area for the ultimate romantic gesture. Please note that included in your stay is one complimentary 2 hour visit to the private spa. No other guests will be able to use the spa at this time. Any extra use is an additional charge payable locally. Please ask for more details if required. A separate spa and wellness suite with heated treatment beds allows guests to enjoy treatments during their stay.

A daily breakfast service is provided. This is provided in a charming basket for you to enjoy in your apartment. Should guests wish, a daily cleaning service can also be provided free of charge.
