1. We arrived at Golfo Gabella on the Saturday afternoon to be met by Olga. We checked in and she took us to the flat. Both bedrooms were made up but we had only towels for the two of us. I has told her that we were only two and so a second set of linen was not necessary. The flat was very nice, clean and comfortable. One criticism is that there are very few power points. Olga was extremely helpful, the wifi worked well, there was a washing machine which I did not expect and the kitchen equipment was adequate – as usual the knives were not wonderful. Also it was very quiet which, as we live in a very quiet area, meant my husband was able to sleep – very important!! Thanks for your help.

2. We could not have asked for more from the apartment or the complex. Your directions from Malpensa Airport together with the helpful photos made for a trouble free journey from the airport. Laura was particularly helpful at the apartments and nothing seemed too much trouble.

3. We had a great week… it is a great place to have some additional summer weeks in October. We enjoyed it very much… The apartment is really very, very nice and more than well equipped. My husband loves cooking and he was really enthusiastic. The location of the apartment in the resort is one of the best with the stunning view on the lake and the pool!!! The apartment is marvellous, everything is so well designed. We loved to have so much space with the big wardrobes (the kids even stepped in their one) and the chest of drawers. One big point was that we had so much german tv stations, like KIKA for the boys! The receptionist was one of the friendliest we ever met and every time so very helpful.
