The Space

On the top floor of the building, the apartment is accessed either via a lift or stairs. As guests enter the apartment, they will discover a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Three stools are arranged below a breakfast bar, creating a sociable entertaining space. A dining table seats 6 and there are comfortable sofas arranged to make the most of the wonderful lake views. A TV is mounted on one wall.

Floating white stairs lead to the first floor of the apartment. Here, a master bedroom sits under the eaves of the roof. A sunken jacuzzi sits to one side of the room, positioned to make the most of the views. Adjacent to this room is a single bedroom. An extra single sofa bed can be provided for groups of 6. There is then a third bedroom furnished with 2 single beds.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment. One is on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Both have showers.

There is also a separate laundry room.

There is plenty of private outdoor space to enjoy at the property. There are three separate terraces which face the front of the apartment, towards the lake. There is then an additional patio to the rear which faces the garden and train line. These terraces are furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining as well as loungers for lazy days enjoying a book in the sunshine.

Outside, there is also a garage which guests are welcome to use. This has space for parking for two cars.
