The interior living space measures between 70 and 85 square metres. The spacious bedroom is furnished with large double bed, side tables and a free-standing bath tub. There is also a separate bathroom with sink, shower and WC. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is a stylish and elegant area in which to relax. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, Illy coffee machine, kettle and 2 ring hob. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa arranged opposite a wall mounted TV. There is also a dining table with four chairs.
Doors lead from this room to the private terrace. This is a huge area measuring 80 square metres. It is furnished with outdoor loungers and comfortable chairs and coffee table. It's the perfect spot for sunbathing or to enjoy pre dinner drinks. The views of the Duomo from here are simply breathtaking.
On the ground floor of the building, guests enjoy complimentary access to a relaxing lounge area. This serves a selection of dishes, treats and drinks throughout the day. These include a complimentary light continental buffet breakfast. However, if would prefer a larger breakfast, then this can be enjoyed in an on site restaurant for an additional fee. Later in the day, complimentary aperitivo are also served for guests to enjoy. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. However, if you don't fancy heading out and don't want to cook, there is also a pizza restaurant on site as well as a fine dining restaurant and bar.
For those who like to work out during their time away, there is a gym, relaxation area and solarium in the building. This is free of charge for guests to use and is open from 7 am to 10 pm daily.
