The Space

This villa near Milan is set over three levels and set within spacious gardens measuring over 1500 square metres. The garden is South facing and is equipped with a 15 metre heated salt water swimming pool, available from May to the end of September each year. It's a great pool for children with three different depths, from 0.4 metres at the shallowest to 1.2 metres and then to 2 metres at the deepest point. There are plenty of parasols and loungers for lazy days in the sun. Children can also enjoy basketball outside. Also outside is a great outdoor seating area, complete with iron garden table and chairs and BBQ. A large parasol provides shade from the midday sun.

On the ground floor of this villa near Milan, there is a large living room with fireplace and satellite TV. The open plan kitchen and dining room is also on this floor and is a great place for friends to chat over a meal. It is well equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Also on this floor is a separate laundry room with washer / dryer, as well as a bathroom with shower. There is a wii games console to provide entertainment for younger ones, as well as a selection of board games. Please note that guests will need to bring their own controllers and games to use on the wii console.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms on the first floor of this villa near Milan, one of which has an adjoining dressing room. Two of these bedrooms are twin rooms, whilst the third is a double room and the fourth has a single bed as well as bunk beds and so can sleep up to 3 in total. There are also two bathrooms on this floor, one with an enormous bath which can seat up to 4 people and the other with a shower.

A second flight of stairs leads to the second floor. This is a large open space measuring approximately 75 square metres. This houses 2 additional single beds as well as a sofa bed sleeping 2 further guests. This floor also has a shower room, sauna and home gym, equipped with treadmill, bench and mini gym. There is also a study corner area enjoying fantastic views of Monterosa and the Alpine mountain ranges. The temperature in the property tends to stay nice and cool even in the Summer months but there is an air conditioning unit which can be used on the second floor if required.

There is an adjoining garage at this villa near Milan which can accommodate two vehicles.
