Whilst the property may date back over 600 years, inside the accommodation is completely up to date with under floor heating, air-conditioning throughout and equipped with satellite TV and WIFI. Please note that, for those staying during the colder months, there is a charge of 100 euros per week for heating when applicable.

This Marche holiday rental is situated in the small village of Magliano di Tenna, 32 km from Macerata, 20 km from the Marche coast and the nearest beaches and less than 20 minutes from Fermo. The popular seaside resort of San Benedetto del Tronto is about a 45 minute drive south whilst Civitanova Marche is 30 km away. The location is good for those looking for either a beach holiday or a sightseeing trip and the setting is stunning.
