Designed by Guillaumier, Casa Vera stands out for its minimalist style.
Inside, a large chestnut dining table dominates the fully equipped kitchen. The space is sleek and contemporary. Large sliding doors on one side of the room bring in plenty of light and also allows guests to easily access the terrace. Here there is a barbecue, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. In turn, from the terrace, you can access the gazebo with table and chairs overlooking the pool.
Back inside, the kitchen connects to the living room. Here, a wall covered in decorative tiles catches the eye, while on the opposite side, a panoramic view opens onto the beautiful countryside of Noto and the sea. From the living room, a hallway leads to the sleeping area. Here there are three bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with sea view and en-suite bathroom. There are then two double bedrooms, one of which can also be arranged with two single beds if guests prefer. One of these bedrooms also enjoys sea views. There is also a WC on this floor.
An external staircase leads from the terrace to the pool and an annex. Here there are a further two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. A laundry room is also located by the pool. The layout works really well for multi-generation holidays, offering guests privacy whilst also allowing everyone to easily socialise together.
The panoramic sea-view pool features a shallow beach-style entry and a pleasant shaded relaxation area under a gazebo, furnished with sofas and a table with chairs. Local stone and native ornamental plants create an authentic Sicilian atmosphere.
