Villa Agata is a luxury 3 bedroom Sicily villa situated on an exclusive resort. This luxury Sicily villa really does offer the best of both worlds - the privacy, space and exclusivity of your own private villa but with all the luxuries of a five star hotel resort. All guests will receive a suite pad providing information about the resort and villa so that they can truly make the most of all the facilities on offer during their stay. This includes A daily breakfast service and one family style dinner at the Liola restaurant on site. Two rounds of golf per villa is also included in the rate, along with access to all the resort facilities. These include the spa and its gym, the beach, tennis courts, Kid's Club, bars and restaurants.

There are a number of villas on the estate, all similar in design but each unique. Inside each, accommodation is spread across two floors.

Each villa has a wonderful open plan living, dining and kitchen area, flooded with natural light thanks to floor to ceiling windows. These windows allow guests to make the most of the wonderful sea views too. In the Winter months, a contemporary fireplace provides plenty of ambience and ensures a cosy home to come back to each evening. The kitchen is fully equipped and has top of the range SMEG appliances. There is a separate laundry room with both washing machine and dryer, clothes rack, ironing board and iron. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor.

Each villa has three bedrooms, either located upstairs or downstairs dependent on the specific villa layout. Each is equipped with a safe and plenty of wardrobe space and all are furnished with a kingsize bed. This can be separated into two single beds if guests prefer. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. Bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, hair dryer, skin care amenities, bathrobes and slippers. The master bedroom ensuite also has a sunken bath and double washbasin. And finally, each of the three bedrooms in the villas has its own sea-facing balcony too, allowing guests to really make the most of the idyllic spot in which the property is located.

Outside, guests have a private garden with infinity pool measuring over 60 square metres. A pergola shaded terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining. And there are also comfortable chairs and sofas creating the perfect spot in which to escape the sun and curl up with a good book! nnEach villa has high speed WIFI internet access. And villas are super family friendly. A family kit can be provided on request which includes a tableware set, highchair, crib and other items if needed. An extra bed is also available on request. A maximum of one pet (up to 6 kg) per villa is welcome on request. Pet policy behaviour guidelines will be provided to guests on arrival.

This luxury Sicily villa is set within a car free resort. Guests can park up in the parking area and they will then be given a golf cart to enable them to get out and about on the estate during their stay.
