Inside, the property is laid out on one floor. There is a large living area furnished with comfortable red sofas arranged around a coffee table and with contrasting green cushions and green armchair. A dining table seating 8 is positioned to the other side of the room and a piano stands against one wall. The kitchen is adjacent to this room. This is a charming space with blue painted units and wooden work tops. A central hallway also nestles between the two rooms, furnished with more formal seating. The master bedroom is a stunning room with ensuite bathroom and separate dressing room. There are two further double bedrooms in the property along with two single bedrooms. There are three bathrooms in total in the house, two of which have showers whilst the third has a bath tub. Outside, there is a swimming pool (10m x 5m). There are plenty of lawns, perfect for garden games and immaculately tended shrubs, plants and flowers. A covered terrace provides plenty of shade from which to relax and enjoy dinner with friends and family. Please note that there is a complimentary midweek clean of bedrooms and bathrooms along with a change of towels. Energy consumption is included up to 300 kWh per week. Any additional usage is charged at 0.40 euros per extra kWh.
