Villa Macari is a traditional villa in Sicily which can sleep up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. It's a truly authentic place to stay in Sicily. The interiors have been furnished with antiques and the overall feel really is quite charming. The charm continues into the exterior space too. For beach lovers, it's a great location just a few minutes drive from the coastline. And in fact, it's possible to enjoy sea views from the first floor bedroom windows.

An antique wooden door painted green leads guests into the villa. In the living room, vintage sofas and armchairs are arranged around a typical Sicilian corner fireplace. There is an elegant dining room and a kitchen. Majolica tiles add colour and character to this room whilst doors lead from here to a fantastic covered terrace. This is the ideal spot for dining al fresco.

Upstairs, this traditional villa in Sicily has 3 lovely bedrooms. Each enjoys wonderful views over the garden and the olive groves below. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom whilst the two other bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. Alternatively, there is a third bathroom on the ground floor of the villa which guests could also use. Bedrooms are fitted with fans and are air conditioned.

Outside, this traditional villa in Sicily boasts a private pool set in charming gardens. The pool (10 metres by 5 metres) is gated to provide peace of mind for families. For those that prefer to relax on the beach nearby, there are beach chairs and umbrellas which you are welcome to take with you.

For those that like to dine al fresco, there is a BBQ and wood fired oven, perfect for cooking pizzas or bread.

This traditional villa in Sicily is situated just 5 km from the sandy and rocky beach at Macari. It's 10 km to San Vito lo Capo, 28 km to Trapani and just 45 km to the Segesta temples. Marsala is also an easy drive away as is the beautiful Zingaro nature reserve. The nearest airports are in Trapani and in Palermo.
