Sicilia,
Sleeps 6 | 3 Bedrooms | 3 Bathrooms
Villa Matimpa is an newly built, family-friendly Sicily holiday villa. Constructed in 2024, it is situated in a beautiful setting between Scicli and the Sicilian coast. Sleeping up to 6 guests, it offers a great value base from which to explore this beautiful region of Sicily.

The Space

Guests enter the property through an open plan kitchen and living area. From here, you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the countryside and the sea beyond through large windows. A circular table provides the perfect setting for meals indoors during the cooler months of the year, whilst chairs and a sofa provide more relaxed seating. The kitchen is modern and contemporary with sleek white units. Doors lead the living area to an outside terrace. This is partly covered to provide shade from the heat of the sun. It is furnished with a wooden table and benches, perfect for al fresco dining.

A corridor leads to three bedrooms and three bathrooms. These are all good sized rooms with large, comfortable double beds. There is the option to arrange rooms with two single beds if preferred. Artworks add pops of colour to each space.

A small path slopes down hill leading guests to the swimming pool (20 x 4 metres). Here, a large terrace is furnished with sun beds. There is also an outdoor shower for cooling off in on hot summer days. An adjacent pool house is equipped with a bathroom and a hot water shower.

The owners of Villa Matempi have gone to great lengths to ensure that the property was built in a way that was sustainable and respected the surrounding environment. For example, every single stone (timpa) present in the land was used in the construction. and the owner has made every effort to preserve the natural vegetation on the site.

Please note that there is a second separate building on the site. These are not attached, but they are situated close to one another. One is lived in by the owners whilst the other will be for your private use. The outside spaces have been designed in such a way that your privacy is guaranteed. And, of course, the owners are respectful of guests at all times. For example, the couple will use the pool very discreetly, always taking guests into account. However, if you do wish to enjoy private access to the pool during your stay, this can also be arranged on request. In short, the owner's presence on site, and their personal and very genuine hospitality, only adds to the experience guests will enjoy during their stay.

Villa Matempi is perfect for those seeking a relaxing villa holiday in Sicily, surrounded by nature and enjoying absolute peace and tranquility.

Pets are welcome on request and are charged at an additional 50 euros per animal per stay.
