The Space

Inside, the villa has been recently renovated and it is furnished in a modern, minimalist style.

Accommodation is all arranged on the ground floor. A bright, open plan living and dining area has a dining table and large corner sofa. Doors lead from here to an outdoor terrace. This is a fantastic space enjoying incredible sea views. It is furnished with an outdoor table seating six as well as an outdoor sofa and armchairs. A well equipped modern kitchen sits adjacent to the living space.

There are also three bedrooms. Two are furnished with double beds and one with two single beds. These bedrooms share two bathrooms.

Please note that there is also a basement level in the villa but this is not accessible to guests.

Outside, steps lead from a private terrace down to the garden. From here, a path leads through the centre of the garden to the sea. Lawns line both sides of the path. A pool sits at the far end. This measures 4 x 7 metres.

Energy consumption up to 250 kWh per week is included in the rate. Any extra consumption will be payable on departure at a rate of 0.40 euros per kWh. Pets are welcome on request and are charged at an additional 50 euros per animal per stay.
