The Space

This villa near Palermo is a real haven to return to after a day spent sightseeing. It really does offer the best of both worlds. It's close enough to the hustle and bustle of Palermo and within easy reach of the beaches. But it's also quiet and peaceful.

Guests wall through a Moorish style wrought iron gate to enter the property. As you go inside, you will come to a bright, living area where you will find your very own bar! There is also a Mediterranean style dining room and another living room within an enchanting octagonal tower. This has large panoramic windows to make the very most of the wonderful views. These views take in the nearby town of Carini and across to the Sicilian coastline beyond.

There is also a kitchen. This is traditional in style with wooden units and is well equipped.

The villa also boasts six air-conditioned bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There are also three further bathrooms.

Outside, this villa near Palermo boasts an elegant terrace. Here you will find a private pool with whirlpool area along with a cost relaxation and dining area. Plenty of loungers are provided for lazy days topping up the tan. There is also a large outdoor table, perfect for al fresco dining.

Please note that energy consumption is included up to 420 kWh per week. Any energy consumption over and above this will be charged on departure at a rate of 0.40 euros per kWh.
