The Space

The interior is elegantly and stylishly furnished throughout. Guests enter into a spacious entrance hall with a high vaulted ceiling. To the left sits a large open plan living and dining area. A dining table comfortably seats up to eight people whilst comfortable sofas are arranged around a TV for cosy nights in. There is a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for even the most enthusiastic chefs, as well as a separate laundry room! Also on this floor is a good-sized study and office. A large desk is ideal for those who need to work during their stay. However, there are also comfortable chairs for those just wanting to curl up quietly with a good book! Finally, doors from the living room leads to a private spa area and a bathroom. The spa area has a steam room and shower.

A sleek white glass staircase leads from the living room up to the first floor of Villa Rodi. Sicilian artworks line the walls.

Upstairs there are three spacious double bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a kingsize bed and boasts a contemporary ensuite bathroom with both a shower and bath tub. It also has a large walk-in wardrobe providing ample space for your clothes. Doors lead from this room to a large outdoor terrace which enjoys spectacular sea views towards the Aeolian islands. The other two bedrooms also have kingsize beds and ensuite shower rooms. The second also has doors leading to the first floor terrace.

Outside, the mature, private gardens at Villa Rodi are extensive. These are completely private and not overlooked. Beautiful lawns dotted with palm trees and weeping willows create a relaxing and tranquil space. Eight sun loungers are arranged around the private swimming pool and jacuzzi. The pool measures 15 x 6 metres and is 1.6 metres deep. The jacuzzi can seat up to 5 people. Numerous deck chairs are also provided for your use, along with a rocking chair. Umbrellas provide shade should you need it. There is also an outdoor shower in which to cool off.

An outside kitchen sits on a covered terrace. This is equipped with a pizza oven, cooking hob and BBQ facilities for al fresco dining. A large outdoor table can comfortably seat up to 12 people. This is a great spot to enjoy the sun set each evening too. There is an additional WC here too.

There is ample covered parking for up to three cars.
