The Space

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and has views over the garden. It is all open plan. To one side is a kitchen and dining area. This is equipped with wooden table, stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a TV here. Moving through, on the other side of the space is a bedroom. This can be furnished with either a large double bed or two single beds. There is also an armchair here. The bathroom has a shower. Please note that the space is adapted for wheelchair users and for those with mobility issues.

Outside, Apartment Blu is set in beautiful gardens which are arranged on 3 levels. Many mature fruit trees and shrubs provide a wonderful aroma as you enjoy a stroll along the paths and over the lawns. Plenty of outdoor seating areas allow you to sit and relax and take in the beautiful scenery that surrounds you. A communal BBQ allows guests to cook and dine outdoors should they wish to do so.

Guests can enjoy the large communal pool set within the grounds. This is positioned to make the most of the wonderful views over the Chianti region below. Please note that pool towels can be provided but are an additional charge of 5 euros per person. Also available for guests to use for an additional charge is an indoor wellness area. Here you will discover a large 5 seater jacuzzi as well as a massage room. We can organise treatments for guests on request. A massage on one of the Japanese beds costs just 10 euros per person for 20 minutes whilst a treatment by our in-house masseuse will cost 25 euros for 30 minutes. The jacuzzi can be used at a cost of 30 euros per 20 minutes.

Guests are also welcome to use the large hall within the main villa. Please ask if you need to reserve this for a private meeting. WIFI is available both in the apartment as well as in the main villa and throughout the gardens. There is also a communal laundry room where guests can use a washing machine. This costs 8 euros per use. An ironing board and iron is also provided.

The apartment is family friendly and children are very welcome. Board games and books can be found in the common areas of the property for your enjoyment.

There is free parking on site and, if you do have a disability, then there is a reserved parking space. There is also a special entrance for wheelchair users to the property ensuring easy access.
