The Space

Please note that there are a number of 1 bedroom apartments available, ranging between 45 and 56 square metres in size. Upon requesting to book, we will confirm the exact specification of the apartments we have available for your dates along with the rate.

The apartments are all furnished in the same elegant style. They successfully combine contemporary design with traditional Florentine craftsmanship. Canaletto walnut, polished brass and rich accent colours including peacock and powder blues as well as mustard yellows create a warm and inviting space.

Each apartment has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen can be fully concealed when not in use. In addition, there is a bedroom with desk area and a bathroom finished in marble effect stoneware.

As well as your own private apartment, guests also enjoy access to a number of communal areas within the building. These include a complimentary co-working space and an executive lounge, where drinks and snacks will be available throughout the day. Younger guests will also enjoy the media room. A panoramic rooftop terrace with solarium and hydropool is a relaxing space to come back to after a day either working or sightseeing. And there is a gym for those that like to work out. If hiring bikes, there is a safe storage area for bicycles. And if you need to get any laundry done, there is a self service laundry room within the building.

Guests are welcomed by the local team who are on hand 24 hours a day for your comfort and convenience. Check in is from 3 pm but if you arrive earlier, you can welcome to drop off any bags off for safe storage until the apartment is ready for you.
