Please note that there are a number of 2 bedroom apartments available, ranging between 60 and 79 square metres in size. Upon requesting to book, we will confirm the exact specification of the apartments we have available for your dates along with the rate.

All apartments have 2 spacious bedrooms though, each with their own private bathroom. It's the perfect Florence apartment for a family with children, for 2 couples travelling together, or even for work colleagues. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is a charming room to relax in. A comfortable sofa and armchairs as well as a more formal dining table provides ample seating. Artworks inspired by the Italain theatre adorn the walls. The fully equipped kitchen can be completely concealed when not in use, blending in seamlessly with the light-filled living area.

Some of the 2 bedroom apartments also have a private balcony overlooking the charming streets below.

As well as your own private apartment, guests also benefit from a number of communal areas within the building. A complimentary co-working space is perfect for business travellers whilst the executive lounge is ideal for all. Younger guests will also enjoy the media room. A panoramic rooftop terrace with solarium and hydropool is a relaxing space to come back to after a day either working or sightseeing. And there is a gym for those that like to work out. If hiring bikes, there is a safe storage area for bicycles. And if you need to get any laundry done, there is a self service laundry room within the building.

Guests are welcomed by the local team who are on hand 24 hours a day for your comfort and convenience. Check in is from 3 pm but if you arrive earlier, you can welcome to drop off any bags off for safe storage until the apartment is ready for you.
