The Space

Inside, there is an open plan kitchen and dining room. This is a charming space, with furnishings in keeping with a traditional Tuscan property to ensure guests can enjoy an authentic stay. The kitchen is well equipped with all the latest mod cons. A set of stairs leads from this area to a mezzanine level. Here there is a comfortable living area with fireplace. This is furnished with two sofas, one of which can be converted into a sofa bed if needed. Casa Chianti also boasts two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with showers.

The property has been completely renovated but the original architectural details have been carefully preserved and incorporated into a new, elegant and comfortable design. Local stone, exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors give the space a traditional charm and elegance.

Outside there is a spacious private terrace. This is elegantly furnished with outdoor dining table and chairs as well as loungers. It's possible to enjoy meals here enjoying the unique views. Below sits an infinity swimming pool. Again this is furnished with sun beds and reclining arm chairs, table and chairs. It is surrounded by lawns and landscaped gardens, framed by the rolling wooded hills beyond. The swimming pool is open from May to September. However, we may be able to open it earlier or keep it open later if guests wish. Please ask!nnAll guests will be treated to a complimentary welcome buffet on arrival. This will include local cold meats, cheeses, vegetables, salads, breads, quiches, flans, pizza, soup and more, so that you can just enjoy your dinner when you feel like it. Of course, a whole host of experiences can be arranged on request for you to enjoy during your stay such as wine tastings, private chef, cookery classes, guided tours and more. One basket of firewood will also be provided for you on arrival free of charge. Additional baskets can be purchased for 7 euros per basket. Air conditioning is charged at 150 euros per week. Heating is charged on departure according to usage at a rate of 6 euros per Mc. There is also a local tourist tax of 1 euro per person per day (up to a maximum of 7 days). Pets are welcome on request. There is an additional charge of 100 euros per stay per pet. We welcome weddings at the villa. There is a a larger nearby 5 bedroom villa providing plenty more space for guests to stay in. There is an additional fee for weddings and events. Please ask for more information.
