The Space

The villa is set in a spacious garden, surrounded by elm, oak and chestnut trees and benefits from 20 acres of surrounding hillside offering easy walks. In addition to the swimming pool, which measures 6 x 12 metres, there is a barbecue area and a beautiful fireplace. Parking is available at the property. There is also a fully equipped laundry room.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a very modern kitchen, a dining room and an adjoining shady terrace with a table for al-fresco dining. There are two bedrooms, one of which is a twin with an en-suite shower and one is a double with an en-suite bathroom with bath.

Upstairs there is a loggia, a lounge, a library and two large double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom (one with a shower and the other with a bath).
