The swimming pool (6 x 12 metres) sits at a lower level from the house and enjoys wonderful panoramic views. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols as well as table and chairs and outdoor shower. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi available on request at an additional charge of 300 euros per week and a table tennis table.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room furnished with comfortable seating along with a dining table seating 12. An outside laundry room has a washing machine.

Moving up to the first floor of this Arezzo villa rental, there are three double bedrooms and a twin room. All bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms. The master bedroom on this floor also boasts its own private balcony equipped with table and chairs.

Another flight of stairs takes guests to the second floor where there are two further bedrooms - one with kingsize bed and another with two single beds. Again, both have ensuite shower rooms. All bathrooms also have their own hairdryers.

The owner will also treat guests to a tour of a local monastery. Two hours of maid service is provided mid week. Additional housekeeping can be provided for an additional cost.
