Villa Castelfalfi is a beautiful 7 bedroom Tuscan villa overlooking Castelfalfi's 27 hole golf course. It can comfortably sleep up to 10 adults and 4 children in a 5 bedroom villa and separate 2 bedroom annex within the grounds. Outside it boasts a private swimming pool surrounded by immaculately presented gardens.

Inside, the interior of Villa Castelfalfi is simply exquisite. Pastel coloured soft furnishings, typical Tuscan architectural features and state of the art facilities come together to create a luxurious setting for your holiday in Tuscany.

Accommodation in Villa Castelfalfi is arranged in two separate buildings. The main villa can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children in 5 double bedrooms. The master bedroom here has a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. There are three further double bedrooms with queen sized beds, each with their own bathroom. Adjacent to one of these bedrooms is a smaller room which is suitable for 2 children.

The main house also boasts a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This is a stunning, sociable space. A glass fronted wine room gives this room even more atmosphere. Please note that this is closed unless the owner agrees to open it by prior arrangement. Please ask for more information.

There is a second, smaller kitchen in the annex. The annex is also home to a bedroom with queen size bed, separate bathroom and an attic room. The latter is open onto the living area below and is furnished with a queen size bed. It's the ideal set up for a family of four or for grandparents to use, away from the hustle and bustle of the main house. Please note that there is also a sofa bed in the annex suitable for 2 children. But the property is equipped for a maximum of 14 guests around the dining tables.

All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and enjoy views over the surrounding countryside.

Outside, two covered pergolas provide the perfect setting for dining outdoors or to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the golfers down below. There is a BBQ and portable pizza oven for guests to use. There is a private swimming pool measuring 10 x 5 metres. This is also fenced, giving parents with children added peace of mind too.

With its outside space and immaculate interiors, it's a popular choice with young and old alike. There is plenty to keep children entertained whilst the fenced swimming pool will provide parents with peace of mind. And, of course, Villa Castelfalfi is also perfect for golf lovers who can practice daily in the largest golf course in Tuscany. Please note that use of the golf course is an extra charge and not included in the rate.

Villa Castelfalfi is situated in between Pisa which is 1 hour away, and Siena and Florence (both 70 minutes drive away). It is also less than 10 minutes from Castelfalfi where guests will find a selection of shops and restaurants. San Gimignano is 40 minutes away.
