The Space

The accommodation in the main villa is split over two floors. On the ground floor, there are two spacious living areas as well as a large kitchen. Arched windows from this room make the most of the spectacular views over the valley below. Also on this floor is a large double bedroom. Guests staying in this room have a bathroom with shower. There is also a master bedroom with queen size bed on this floor. This room boasts a separate dressing room and large ensuite shower room. Stairs lead to the second floor where there are two further living rooms with a large fireplace. These are both cosy areas to curl up with a good book. There is also a second kitchen which has doors leading out to a terrace. There is also another bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. There are two further bedrooms on this floor. One is furnished with 2 single beds and the other a queen size bed. There are also 2 further shower rooms. By closing an interior door, the villa can actually be split into 2 separate apartments if guests prefer. Or if can be opened up into one large villa.

Inside the nearby cottage, there is an open plan kitchen and dining room. This is a charming space, with furnishings in keeping with a traditional Tuscan property to ensure guests can enjoy an authentic stay. The kitchen is well equipped with all the latest mod cons. A set of stairs leads from this area to a mezzanine level. Here there is a comfortable living area with fireplace. This is furnished with two sofas, one of which can be converted into a sofa bed if needed. The cottage also boasts two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with showers.

Both houses are fully air conditioned throughout but the bedrooms in the main villa are also equipped with ceiling fans should guests wish to use them.

Outside, guests enjoy not one but two private swimming pools. The first is closer to the main villa. This is a spectacular swimming pool with jacuzzi (8u00d73.3 metres). The second pool measures 12.5 u00d7 7.5 metres and is situated below the cottage. Both pools are open from May to September each year. We may be able to open them early or keep them open later should guests wish. Please ask for more details. Sun beds and rocking chairs are arranged around each pool.

There are a few private terraces at the property. All are furnished with either an outdoor dining table and chairs, comfortable chairs or loungers. All offer great spaces to relax, enjoy meals al fresco, or lie in the sun with a good book.

Unfortunately, the villas are not wheelchair accessible. But since there are ground floor bedrooms, the property may be suitable for those with mobility issues.

All guests will be treated to a complimentary welcome buffet on arrival. This will include local cold meats, cheeses, vegetables, salads, breads, quiches, flans, pizza, soup and more, so that you can just enjoy your dinner when you feel like it. Of course, a whole host of experiences can be arranged on request for you to enjoy during your stay such as wine tastings, private chef, cookery classes, guided tours and more. One basket of firewood will also be provided for you on arrival free of charge. Additional baskets can be purchased for 7 euros per basket. Air conditioning is charged at 550 euros per week. Heating is charged on departure according to usage at a rate of 6 euros per Mc. There is also a local tourist tax of 1 euro per person per day (up to a maximum of 7 days). Pets are welcome on request. There is an additional charge of 100 euros per stay per pet.
