The Space

In total villa Colombus can host up to 15 guests in a total of 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The accommodation is spread over three floors, including an attic space. The house is furnished with items typical of the late 19th century in Tuscany as well as a few more contemporary pieces.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room with comfortable neutral-coloured sofas. These are arranged around a fireplace. The dining room is more traditionally furnished and there is also a TV room. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a stove, oven, two refrigerators, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. A WC completes the accommodation on this floor.

The first 4 of the 7 bedrooms are on the first floor of Villa Colombus. Here there is a master bedroom suite with a double bed and ensuite shower room. Three other double bedrooms then share two bathrooms between them. One has a bath tub and the other a shower.

The remaining bedrooms are on the second floor of the property. Within this attic area, you will find a bedroom furnished with two double beds as well as 1 single bedroom with small double bed and another double bedroom. There is then a room furnished with a double sofa bed. Please note that this sofa bed converts into two single beds when opened. This is located on a mezzanine level and is not a proper bedroom. It's not recommended for adults but can work well for children and teens. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower on this floor.

Outside, there is a well maintained garden with plenty of lawned areas where families can enjoy ball games. Plenty of flowers have been planted to add colour. A private swimming pool measures 10.5 x 5 metres. Sun loungers are arranged poolside and there is both a hot and cold shower here too. Two covered terraces here are furnished with outdoor sofas and chairs as well as with a more formal dining table. It's the perfect spot to enjoy lunch and dinner. And for those who are looking for something more lively, there is a fun bar area by the pool too. Two outdoor bathrooms here finish the poolside amenities.

Please note that there are two caretakers who are on hand to help with anything guests may need during their stay.

Guests receive a complimentary welcome basket on arrival. Please note that between October and May when heating may be required, this is an additional charge and costs 500 euros per week.
