As guests enter the main villa, there is a contemporary living area with modern stone fireplace and smart TV with PlayStation 4. There is also a well equipped kitchen. This has everything even a professional chef could want or need. This includes two induction hobs, two sinks, two dishwashers and two ovens. There is also a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and freezer.

A separate dining room provides a wonderful setting to enjoy meals together. There is also a wine cellar. Doors lead from the living room to a large covered terrace furnished with large table and chairs and a seating area with comfortable chairs.

Also on this floor of this contemporary luxury villa in Tuscany is a small gym with Technogym equipment and an indoor pool with jacuzzi. Please note that pool heating for this indoor pool is an additional cost of 200 euros per week. This must be paid locally in cash.

Up a second flight of stairs is an extremely spacious bedroom. It is furnished with king size bed. It has a large bathroom with both bath tub and shower. It also has a large walk-in wardrobe.

The dependence sits just across from the main villa. The accommodation here is arranged on one level. There is a bathroom here with queen size bed. This is accessible for wheelchair users. It also has a shower room. A separate room in the dependence is furnished with a billiards table and there is also a separate WC.
