Villa Gavorrano is a villa in the Maremma region of Tuscany. Beautifully presented, this Maremma villa is filled with light and has been renovated using high quality natural materials and furnished with beautiful pieces. The villa has seven bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. Outside, guests have used of a tennis court and golf course, facilities which are shared with another nearby property.

On the ground floor of this Maremma villa is a spacious sitting area with fireplace, a separate TV room, a study area with computer and fax machine and a dining area. Also on this floor is a well equipped kitchen and laundry room.

A flight of stairs leads to the first floor of this Maremma villa where guests will find two master bedrooms, complete with walk in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. There are two further double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms as well as another double bedroom with kingsize bed and a bedroom furnished with two single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with bath tub and shower.

A separate dependence within the grounds of this Maremma villa houses a double bedroom with kingsize bed, a bathroom with shower as well as a living room with kitchenette.

Also in the grounds of this Maremma villa is a separate pool house. This is an indulgent space providing the ultimate wellness and relaxation experience for guests. Facilities here include an authentic Mediterranean Hamm-am.

Outside, the swimming pool enjoys wonderful views over the surrounding countryside and is surrounded by comfortable sun beds for lazy days in the sunshine. Guests share use of a tennis court and private golf course with guests in a nearby villa.

Rates include utilities. They also include a daily maid service service for up to 6 hours per day. On Sunday the maid service is for reduced hours from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. A complimentary welcome dinner is prepared for guests to enjoy on arrival.
