The Space

The first apartment is spread over three levels and can sleep up to 6 people. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen, a shower room and laundry room. The living room has doors leading out to a terrace where there is a dining table seating six. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with loggia as well as a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath tub and shower. Up another flight of stairs is a third bedroom furnished with two single beds. This sits under the eaves and has lower ceiling height than elsewhere in the property. There is another shower room on this floor.

Accommodation in the second apartment is arranged over two levels. It can sleep up to 5 guests. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen (which again has access to a terrace with outdoor table and chairs), a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. The second is furnished with a French bed and the third has two single beds. There is another bathroom on this floor with a bath tub and shower.

The third apartment is similarly arranged over two levels and can again accommodate 5 people. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, double bedroom, single bedroom and shower room. On the second floor there is another double bedroom.

There is also a large communal living area. Here there is a fully equipped kitchen with double oven, grill, griddle, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. There is also a living room with fireplace, a dining room seating up to 20, a bathroom with shower. An audio stereo system allows guests to enjoy music both indoors and outdoors. The living area enjoys direct access to an outdoor terrace.

The suite is located separate from the main villa close to the pool. It has a double bedroom with canopy bed and a bathroom with shower.

In total, the villa can sleep up to 18 people in 10 bedrooms.

The house boasts three external terraces, each equipped with a dining table and chairs. There is also a BBQ and wood burning oven, ideal for those looking to enjoy long Summer evenings outdoors in the company of friends or family.

Villa Mazzi sits in the heart of the Valdichiana countryside, surrounded by fields and woods. Within the private gardens which are mostly laid with lawn is a large private swimming pool. This measures 12 x 6 metres and has a depth of 1.3 to 2 metres. This is open from May to October. There are also two outdoor showers here, one with hot water. Plenty of sun loungers are provided. A hammock has been positioned a little distance away for those looking to escape with a book. A table tennis table provides plenty of entertainment during your stay.

There is plenty of parking for up to 10 cars.

Please note that utilities are included with the exception of heating. When applicable, heating will be charged on departure based on consumption. Up to two pets are welcome on request but are charged at an additional 75 euros per animal per week. Tourist tax is charged per person and is paid in cash on arrival.
