Villa Serra is a beautiful villa in Grosetto, close to the idyllic, unspoilt beaches of Maremma in Tuscany. The villa was completely refurbished in 2009 and comprises two adjoining houses, connected by an open gallery on the ground floor and a terrace on the top floor. It boasts a number of extra facilities for guests to enjoy including a tennis court, private golf course, football pitch, stables and gym.

The interior of this villa in Grosetto is furnished in a modern and contemporary style with smatterings of traditional Tuscan elements, creating a really charming and welcoming space. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a cosy reading area, a light and airy dining room and well equipped kitchen. Also on this floor is a billiards room and TV area with home theatre. The first of nine bedrooms is also on the floor and has an ensuite bathroom with bath tub.

On the first floor of this villa in Grosetto, there are seven further bedrooms. All have ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom suite enjoys rooftop access from where you can enjoy spectacular views over the pool towards the far off hilltop town of Roccastrada and Scarlino. Some rooms are furnished with two single beds whilst others have double, queen or kingsize beds.

The annexe of this villa in Grosetto may look like a building perfect for Rapunzel to live in but is actually a converted silo that was once used to store wheat.'s now home to a fantastic spa with gym, Hammam and massage room. On the top floor is the last of the nine bedrooms. This is furnished with a low queen size bed (tatami) and boasts an ensuite shower room.

Outside, there is a magnificent swimming pool and extensive grounds surrounding this villa in Grosetto. In fact, there isn't just one pool but three, one of which is an ideal depth for small children. The pools are open from 15 May -to15 October each year. Near to the pool is a small building home to a bathroom and changing room. Also outside is a tennis court (shared with a nearby villa), private golf course and stable. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas and a large table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining.

Rates include utilities. They also include a daily maid service service for up to 6 hours per day. On Sunday the maid service is for reduced hours from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. A complimentary welcome dinner is prepared for guests to enjoy on arrival.

The villa is located near the village of Gavorrano, 6 km from Ribolla and just 28 km from Grosetto. It's less than half an hours drive to the nearest beaches. Florence is 141 km away, Siena 73 km, Montalcino 78 km, Montepulciano 100 km and Pisa 147 km.
