The accommodation in Villa Firenzuola is arranged within four separate buildings.
In the main building, the rooms are arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a traditional living room, furnished with armchairs and writing desk. A second living room has sofas, armchairs and two televisions. There is then a dining room as well as two communicating kitchens. The first has a central island with a fireplace whilst the second is in stainless steel and has a gas stove. There is also a bathroom on this floor. On the second floor, there are two adjoining bedrooms. One has a double bed whilst the other has two single beds. These rooms share a bathroom. There are then two more double bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. There is also a billiards room in the villa.
In the second building, there is a kitchen with a fireplace on the ground floor along with a cosy living room which also boasts a fireplace. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms.
A former barn houses a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom.
The smallest house has an area with a sofa, a bathroom and two single beds on the second floor.
There is also a gym with plenty of equipment including mats, weights, exercise bike, treadmill and wall bars.
Outside, there is a natural swimming pool measuring 5 x 10 metres and with a depth of between 1.06 and 1.5 metres. This is open from 25 April to 2 November each year. A furnished outdoor terrace comes complete with barbecue and pizza oven. In the garden you will also find a small play area for young children, whilst for those who enjoy exercise there are up to 10 mountain bikes available which can be used to explore the paths that lead right from the estate. There is also a table tennis table and an airsoft field. On request, guests can pay an additional fee to enjoy horse riding excursions with a guide. Other additional services include chef services, cooking classes, shopping services and more.
Also available for guests to use is a wonderful vegetable garden from which you can pick seasonal fruit and vegetables. Additional items can be purchased from a small village store within the village.
Please note, there is a final cleaning fee of 500 euros payable locally on arrival. Not included in the rental rate is the cost of electricity, heating and air conditioning. Electricity and air conditioning is charged at 0.45 euros per kWh whilst heating costs 5 euros per cubic metre. Please ask for more details.
Villa Firenzuola is located within an ancient hamlet in the hills of Visignano, near Firenzuola in Tuscany. There is a small village store within walking distance of the house. Further afield, it is only 6 km to the enchanting landscape of the Santerno River where you can spend the day fishing and swimming during the warm season. Wild swimming enthusiasts will also enjoy a visit to Bilancino Lake (50 km). For those who prefer sightseeing, Florence is just 75 km and Bologna 90km.
