The Space

The main villa combines the best of Tuscan traditions with modern 21st century comforts. On the ground level of the villa, there is a kitchen and living area as well as a small study area for those needing to catch up on emails. The bedrooms are all arranged over the first floor of the property. Here, there are three double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom. All rooms are fully air conditioned and each bedroom has its own minibar too.

Inside the nearby cottage, there is a living area with kitchenette as well as another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Outside, there is a covered terrace furnished with outdoor table and chairs. It's the perfect for breakfast or dinner at sunset. There is also a BBQ to further enhance your al fresco dining experience. Please note that it is possible to enjoy a breakfast service during your stay for a small additional fee. Please ask for more details.

There is free on-site parking for 2 cars.

Please note that utility fees are excluded from the price and are payable locally on arrival. These are 25 euros per day. Should guests wish to enjoy breakfast at the property, this can be provided for a small additional fee of 12 euros per person per day. Please ask for more details. The local tourist tax is mandatory and is 2 euros per person per day.
