The interior living space is spread over three floors and measures approximately 350 square metres. Furnishings throughout are classic and elegant. As you enter Villa Marmi, you will find two well-furnished living rooms. The first has a comfortable sofa and study area furnished with a desk. The other features a fireplace and is furnished with sofas and armchairs. This room also enjoys direct access to the garden. Also on the ground floor you will find a spacious kitchen, well equipped with coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and oven. Next to the kitchen you will find a charming dining room with oval table and elegant glass cabinet. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower on this floor.
On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. In addition there is a terrace leading from this level where guests will find a washing machine. All rooms are large with plenty of storage space.
On the top attic floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. This is also a nice space where guests can retreat with a good book. There are certainly plenty of books for you to choose from on the floor to ceiling shelves here.
Outside, guests can enjoy the private garden at Villa Marmi. Lawns are edged with mature shrubs and trees, whilst there are a number of covered terraces offering the perfect spot to dine al fresco or just sit and relax. There is a modern BBQ as well as a more traditional in-built BBQ.
Please note that costs exclude a final cleaning fee of 250 euros. Utility costs are payable locally based on usage. These include electricity and air conditioning which are both charged at 0.45 euros per kWh. Pets are welcome on request but are charged at an additional 100 euros per animal. The local tourist tax is 2 euros per person per day.
Forte dei Marmi is a popular seaside town with plenty of beach clubs and a good selection of upmarket shops and restaurants. It's a short walk from Villa Marmi to the nearest amenities.
